What does an abonent / season ticket mean?

An abonent / season ticket-holder is a regular visitor to our aquapark, who is granted benefits in the form of entrance fee discounts, free passage through the entry turnstile, entitlement to choose a favourite locker etc.

How to become a season ticket-holder?

You become an abonent / season ticket-holder by purchasing the electronic chip in the form of a “watch”.

• the initial purchase costs CZK 500, of which
  - CZK 200 is for the watch as a tangible possession
  - CZK 300 is for the initial credit deposit
• the credit can be freely used for the services on offer throughout the area with a significant discount – see below.
• after using up the credit to zero, every subsequent charge deposit has to be a minimum of CZK 500
• abonent chips differentiation
  - adults
  - student, seniors, seriously handicapped persons, seriously handicapped persons with escort
  - children from 7 to 15 years of age
  - children from 7 to 15 years of age

After purchasing the abonent chip, the abonents (season ticket-holders) pass freely through the turnstile into the indoor area of the aquapark (or summer aquapark) and take advantage of all services without needing to check in at the aquapark reception desk.

The abonent/season ticket-holder can choose a favourite locker and define this choice at the reception desk. On each subsequent visit, the pre-defined locker will be allotted to the abonent (in the event of high occupancy, the pre-selected locker may be in use and the system will automatically allocate another unoccupied locker).

If the abonent/season ticket-holder has sufficient credit, he can take advantage of any services or snacks without using cash – all services are deducted from the credit deposited.

At the end of the visit, all that is needed is to hand the abonent chip over to the receptionist who will render an account for services used and will pass a billing document with barcode to the client.

The abonent will use the billing document for exit through the turnstile and will retain it.
